Join Our Team as an Assembler!

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on? We’re looking for a motivated Assembly Production Worker to join our production team in Greater Portland, ME, where quality craftsmanship and teamwork are cornerstones.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and components according to specifications, blueprints, or diagrams

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently

  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors

  • Adhere to all company safety and quality procedures
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents or schematics

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Basic math and measuring skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
