Job Description


The Revenue Specialist job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for handling statements from ACH transactions, preparing journal entries, and sending statements. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all entries are correct, as well as performing all other duties assigned. This is a full time, 1st shift position.

Revenue Specialist Qualifications: 

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent

  • Degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Attention to detail 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Willingness to adhere to contingent background check

  • Familiarity with reconciliation of accounts and ledgers

Required Skills: 

  • Revenue or finance experience

  • Office experience

  • Customer Service experience 

  • Account Reconciliation experience 

Revenue Specialist Details: 

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

  • Pay Rate: $22/hr

  • Start Date: ASAP
