Job Title: Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $26/hour + $2/hour second shift differential
Hours: 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Second Shift
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Poland, Maine. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee a team of production employees, ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and daily goals are met. The ideal Manufacturing Supervisor leads by example, fosters team collaboration, and drives performance while upholding high-quality standards. This is a second shift, hands-on leadership role located in Poland.

As a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of a production team on second shift
  • Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and checking work at regular intervals
  • Prioritizing schedules and resources to meet daily production goals
  • Communicating regularly with subordinates, peers, and cross-functional departments
  • Exercising sound judgment within company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security standards
  • Hiring, training, and conducting evaluations for employees
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions
  • Reporting issues and updates to upper management in a timely manner


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A college degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and working with entry-level employees
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team of 10+ employees
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to lead with empathy and integrity
  • Mechanical or electrical knowledge (helpful but not required)
  • Physical ability to stand, move, and supervise on the production floor
