Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

We are seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a New Hampshire manufacturing company specializing in products for the heating industry, located in Rochester, NH. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to ensure the production of high-quality products. This role involves using press brakes and adjusting machine controls and parameters. The Machine Operator will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As a 2nd shift Machine Operator you will be responsible for:
- Set up, operate, and maintain machines to ensure efficient production.
- Use press brakes and adjust machine controls and parameters as needed.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Accurately document production data and machine performance.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues or inconsistencies in production.
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Ability to use power and hand tools
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift preferred
