Job Title: 2nd Shift Spray Booth Operator – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $27/hr to $30/hr
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Training on 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Spray Booth Operator for a temp-to-hire position for our client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Biddeford, Maine. The 2nd Shift Spray Booth Operator will be responsible for tasks associated with the bonding process, including material loading, machine setup, surface preparation, operation, and product de-flashing. The 2nd Shift Spray Booth Operator takes pride in their work, maintains safety standards, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. This is a hands-on, full-time role located in Biddeford, Maine.

As a 2nd Shift Spray Booth Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Load materials and prepare surfaces for bonding operations

  • Set up and operate spray booth machinery in a safe and efficient manner

  • Follow step-by-step written work instructions accurately

  • Monitor product quality and perform de-flashing on finished products

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards

  • Support continuous improvement and team collaboration efforts

  • Participate in cross-training and shift transitions as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing, spray booth, or bonding-related environment

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and stand for 10-hour shifts

  • Proficiency in reading and following written instructions in English

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Willingness to train on 1st shift and flexibility to work various shifts if required
