Job Title: Clean Room Packager – Urgently Hiring 3 employees
Pay: $17.15/HR to start (plus $1/hr raise and bonuses once hired on permanently)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Clean Room Packager for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a growing manufacturing company located in Dover, NH. The Clean Room Packager will support all aspects of the production process, including inventory control, machine operation, quality inspection, and final packaging in a clean room environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a collaborative team.


As a Clean Room Packager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing materials, equipment, and product quality during the production process
  • Setting up workstations and machines at the start of each shift
  • Loading equipment and operating machines safely and efficiently
  • Performing basic machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Assembling, bonding, and kitting products to customer specifications
  • Inspecting products using quality tools and reporting any defects
  • Monitoring inventory to ensure material availability
  • Following all safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Accurately packaging products and labeling them in the ERP system
  • Supporting other production tasks as assigned


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of related experience or technical training
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
