Job Description
Pay: $17/hour
Hours: 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), with 3 days off per week; must be available weekends (Monday–Sunday)

We are seeking Customer Service and Store Assocaite's for a temporary position for our client, a well-known retail and warehouse operation located in Milford, NH. The Store & Warehouse Associate will float between warehouse and in-store responsibilities based on business needs and customer requests. Success in this position looks like reliability, strong customer service, and flexibility to handle both physical tasks and direct customer interaction. This is a physical, customer-facing role located in Milford, NH.
As a Store & Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Operate pallet jacks to move material in the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks (with possible forklift use if trained by the client)
- Retrieve supplies for customer vehicles
- Stock shelves and maintain store displays
- Provide outstanding customer service, including answering questions and assisting at checkout if needed
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work on your feet for long periods and move throughout the store and warehouse
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service roles (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to float between departments as needed
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work weekends and follow a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule
- No allergies to animals, hay, straw, or grass (screening question)
- Forklift certification is a plus (if not, client will provide training and certification copy)
