Job Title: Digital Press Operator – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible to 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Start Date: ASAP 

We are seeking a Digital Press Operator for a position with our client, a leading printing and production company located in Brunswick, Maine. The Digital Press Operator will be responsible for operating a roll-to-roll digital printer, ensuring high-quality production output. Success in this role means maintaining machine efficiency, accurately setting up color calibrations to match customer brand standards, and ensuring smooth production operations.
As a Digital Press Operator, you will:

  • Operate a roll-to-roll digital printer efficiently and accurately.

  • Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.

  • Load rolled media onto the machine and prepare for production.

  • Set up and adjust color calibrations to align with customer brand standards.

  • Monitor the printing process to identify and resolve issues proactively.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience operating digital printing equipment.

  • Strong understanding of color calibration and print quality control.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine maintenance.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lift and maneuver large rolls of media as required.
