Job Title: 2nd Shift Sanitation Worker – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 430pm to 12am
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Sanitation Worker for a temp-to-hire position with our client in Bath, Maine. In this role, you will be part of the Production/Sanitation staff, ensuring strict food safety standards are maintained in a cold manufacturing facility. Success in this position means keeping the environment clean, preventing cross-contamination, and working efficiently as part of a team while following all safety and sanitation protocols.

As a Sanitation Worker, you will:

  • Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas in the production facility

  • Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety standards

  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals and materials according to company procedures

  • Minimize cross-contamination risks during cleaning

  • Work efficiently to complete tasks within assigned shift

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
