Job Description

Bonney Staffing has partnered with a leading foundry to fill immediate openings for Foundry Workers. These positions play a crucial role in metal production by assisting in casting, mold preparation, and foundry maintenance.

The Foundry Technician job in Auburn, Maine is responsible for tasks such as carrying and pouring molten metal, breaking molds, and cleaning work areas. You’ll have a solid understanding of safety protocols and physical stamina for demanding tasks. This is a full-time position with day or night shifts available.

Foundry Technician Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (willing to train candidates with great attitudes and a desire to learn)
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hot, dusty environment
  • No supervisory responsibilities

Foundry Technician Details:
Schedule: Days: 8pm to 6am, Mon - Thurs
Pay Rate: $19 - 20/ hr
Start Date: ASAP
