Job Title: Screen Operator – Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20-22/hr DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Start Date: ASAP 

We are seeking a Screen Operator for a temp-to-hire position with our client, in the Brunswick area. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment delivering exciting sign and visual décor projects to major retailers and grocery clients nationwide. The Screen Operator will play a key role in producing posters, decals, and other signage using single-color screen print equipment. Success in this role means consistently producing high-quality work efficiently, cost-effectively, and with minimal supervision.

As a Screen Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating screen press equipment to print posters, decals, and signage

  • Preparing screens by stretching, exposing, and reclaiming as needed

  • Ensuring products meet quality standards before completion

  • Working efficiently to meet production deadlines and cost goals

  • Maintaining equipment and work area in a safe and organized manner

  • Collaborating with the production team to support project needs

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous printing experience (screen printing not required)

  • Ability to read and follow production specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • A self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
