Job Title: Lamination Technician – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Lamination Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a reputable and growing manufacturing company in Raymond, Maine. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

This is a great opportunity to build new skills, work a consistent schedule, and grow with a company that rewards your effort.
What You’ll Do:

  • Learn to build fiberglass parts using custom molds and hand tools

  • Apply resins and gelcoats with spray guns and by hand

  • Grind, cut, and finish fiberglass components

  • Smooth and buff surfaces for a clean, polished final product

  • Follow detailed instructions and safety processes

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:

  • No prior experience required—we’ll train the right person!

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in fiberglass, painting, or construction is helpful, but not necessary
