Warehouse Material Handler - Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18 - $22/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for a full-time position with our client, a leading manufacturing company located in Dover, NH. The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and moving both finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse. Success in this role means ensuring that all materials are processed accurately and safely to support smooth production operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dover, NH.

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately picking and packing finished goods based on pick tickets.
  • Performing various production duties, including manual lifting, packaging, labeling, and sorting operations.
  • Operating Work Assist Vehicles (WAV) and/or Power Pallet Jacks to move products and inventory.
  • Using the ERP System to verify and pick raw materials for sheeting.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Receiving training to assist with shipping and sheeting duties as needed.
  • Transferring materials or finished goods between shipping/receiving and manufacturing areas.
  • Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by supervision.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar warehouse/material handling role.
  • Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with personnel at various levels.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Excellent eye-hand coordination and focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Capability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • A valid driver’s license and current DOT Medical Card on file (or ability to obtain).
