Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Portland, ME

Pay: $19/hr

Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Start Date: Immediate openings!
 
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Portland, ME. In this role, you will handle email communication, enter customer orders, and provide support to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a trainable position, a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in an office environment.
 
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Accurately enter orders into the system
  • Provide clear, helpful information to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of interactions
  • Assist with other office tasks as needed
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable and professional demeanor
  • Business casual attire with closed-toe shoes
  • Be comfortable walking throughout the day and assisting in the warehouse as needed
