Job Description


The Production Associate position in Bridgton, Maine is responsible for repetitive stacking and precision measuring of wooden planks to be inserted into aluminum frames. You will have a solid understanding of shop assembly and general carpentry. Successful candidates will be highly motivated with a positive attitude. This is a full time position. 

Production Associate Job Duties: 
  • Stacking and measuring of product
  • Assembling product into frames
  • Assist in unloading delivered inventory
  • General shop upkeep
  • Keep a clean and safe work environment


Production Associate Qualifications: 
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse/production experience required
  • Previous carpentry experience preferred
  • Ability to use hand and power tools and measuring tape
  • Have good mathematical skills
  Production Associate Details:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $22
  • Start Date: ASAP
