Job Title: Production Associate – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18–$23/hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Some flexibility)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Production Associate for a temp-to-hire position with our client in the Oxford Area, a leading home-building manufacturer located in a climate-controlled facility. The Production Associate will play a key role in assembling wood-framed structures such as floors, walls, and roofs.

The Production Associate will contribute to the team’s success by maintaining high production standards, following safety protocols, and helping to meet daily production goals. This is a hands-on role in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling components for wood-framed structures, including floors, walls, and roofs.
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Reading and following basic blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
  • Measuring, cutting, and fastening wood and other building materials with precision.
  • Handling materials, staging supplies, and keeping workstations clean and organized.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
  • Following all safety procedures and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Wearing company-provided PPE (close-toe, slip-resistant shoes required).


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
  • Experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of tools and tape measuring (preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for the duration of the shift.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
