Pay: $19-$21/HR, DOE
Hours: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2:00pm OR 7:00am - 3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a Production Technician for a full-time temporary position for our client, a manufacturing company in Dover, New Hampshire. The Production Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day production of Fluoropolymer products, ensuring quality standards are met. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. This is a full-time temporary position located in Dover, NH.

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Producing Fluoropolymer products while meeting established production goals.
- Reviewing instructions, specifications, and parts lists to prepare for work.
- Gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
- Performing inspections of completed parts through visual inspection and measuring instruments.
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to work quickly and methodically under deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle and feel materials and products with hands.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Close visual acuity needed for inspecting products, viewing screens, and using measurement tools.
- Ability to work in extreme heat (above 90°F for extended periods).
