Job Title: Sales Associate – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $40–45k per year base salary PLUS commission – opportunity to earn $95k+ annually!
Hours: 5 or 6-day work week – must have weekend availability
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Sales Associate for a full-time position with our client, a motivated and growing small business based in Kennebunk, ME. This is more than just a retail sales job – it's a chance to be part of a close-knit, innovative team that values full-service client management and personalized solutions.

The Sales Associate will be the face of the company, assisting customers with product inquiries, managing sales transactions, and helping coordinate project logistics and delivery schedules. Success in this position means delivering exceptional customer service, managing client expectations, and contributing to the business’s growth through strong relationship-building and attention to detail.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, and engaging them with merchandise

  • Providing exceptional service and guiding customers through the sales process

  • Organizing and maintaining a clean, orderly showroom

  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge, including custom and design offerings

  • Managing schedules and delivery logistics to meet deadlines

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven success in sales and client relationship management

  • A professional appearance and friendly demeanor

  • A flexible, proactive approach and ability to work independently

  • Weekend availability and full-time flexibility

  • Prior experience in design, customization, or home improvement is a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
