Job Description

The Production Supervisor position in Auburn, Maine is a full-time role in plant operations, responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail and leadership experience. Training will begin on the day shift for the first two weeks before transitioning to the second shift.

Production Supervisor Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a production or warehouse setting
  • Ability to pass a Background check, drug screen, and physical Disqualifiers: Violent felonies 

Production Supervisor Details:
  • Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM some nights could be there until midnight, depending on the need, shift begins at 2:00 PM (arrive at 1:30 PM for supervisor report)
  • Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour
  • Start Date: ASAP
