Job Description


Job Title: Shopper Marketing Temp
Pay: $30/Hr.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Flexible
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Temp for a Temporary position for our client, a leading company in the retail sector located in Scarborough, ME. The Shopper Marketing Temp will primarily focus on supporting Shopper Marketing efforts and assist with the execution of both local and scale programs. This position will support the Manager I with program tactics, vendor billing, and other related duties. Success in this position will require attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be within travel distance of Scarborough in case they are needed to go into the office.

As a Shopper Marketing Temp, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing appropriate documents and submitting information for vendor billing.

  • Maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation for each program.

  • Overseeing the UPC validation process by working with Sales Plan to ensure complete files are available for review.

  • Assisting with document creation for Vestcom submissions.

  • Assisting with program execution and reporting as needed.

  • Building timelines and ensuring all key project deadlines are met and essential steps are followed.

  • Assisting with the coordination of project implementation details, project brief entry, and communications to key stakeholders.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience and competency with key software tools and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information and records.

  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to develop and maintain great working relationships with team members, vendor partners, and retail stakeholders.

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
