Job Description


Job Title: Picker/Packer - Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $19/hour
Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Assignment Dates: June 16 - 18 with potential to extend.

We are seeking a Picker/Packer for a temporary assignment with our client in South Portland, Maine. This role involves picking and packing various items for shipment. Our client has extensive summer needs (10,000+ packages), so we are ideally looking for candidates who perform well and are interested in returning for future work.

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing items such as records, posters, shirts, jackets, mugs, and koozies.

  • Placing records into sleeves and packing posters into tubes.

  • Applying pre-printed labels to packages, sealing, and preparing items for shipment.

  • Performing various busy tasks to assist wherever needed.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A reliable and positive attitude.
