Job Title: Assembler – Summer Positions (Urgently Hiring!)
Pay: $18.00/hour First Shift, $20.00/hour Second Shift (includes $2 Shift Differential)
Hours:
  • First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am - 3:45 pm
  • Second Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm - 3:00 am

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking Assembler for summer seasonal positions with a busy manufacturing facility located in Poland, Maine. The Assembler will perform hands-on assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of small, electro-mechanical products and components. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high production standards and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. This is a seasonal position ending no later than October 1, 2025, based in Poland, Maine.

As a Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Follow written processes to assemble electro-mechanical products and components.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout assembly stages.
  • Operate minor measuring devices and equipment.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting on finished products.
  • Maintain accurate production records and paperwork.
  • Move material and product between workstations as needed.
  • Perform shipping and packing duties.
  • Follow safety, ESD, ergonomic, and security protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work at a fast pace and shift tasks as needed throughout the day.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior relevant manufacturing or assembly experience (no entry-level candidates).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
  • Physical ability to lift 30–35 lbs. multiple times per hour.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment vision test (including color blindness screening) and dexterity test.
  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT TO BE CONSIDERED (required due to regulatory compliance).
