Job Description


Job Title: Warehouse Associate 
Pay: $20/Hr.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 4 days a week, Saturday's required
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time position for our client, located in Yarmouth, ME. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for lifting heavy items, communicating with customers, and assisting with loading and unloading bags of feed. The position requires a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting, cleaning, restocking, and maintenance tasks.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Lifting and stacking 50-60lb bags repeatedly throughout the day.

  • Picking customer orders and loading them into their vehicles.

  • Communicating with customers and employees about orders via intercom.

  • Performing various cleaning, restocking, rotating products, and maintenance duties.

  • Working both inside and outside, adapting to changing weather conditions.

  • Using physical stamina to lift up to 60lbs regularly and climb stairs as needed.

  • Responding to customer questions regarding their products and orders.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Ability to speak and read English fluently.

  • Ability to lift 60lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment.

  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience.

  • Comfortable with inside and outside work, including changing weather conditions.

  • Non-skid footwear required (steel-toe boots not required but are worn by some for comfort).
