Hours: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available

We are seeking Kitchen Staff Workers for a per-diem position for our client, a busy catering and event services provider located in Waterville, Maine. The Kitchen Staff will assist with food preparation, dishwashing, catering, and overall kitchen support. Success in this role means ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting event needs efficiently. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position located in Waterville, Maine.
As a Kitchen Staff Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks

  • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

  • Supporting catering and event service setup

  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Working efficiently in a team to meet kitchen and event needs
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, or food service setting preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
