Job Description


Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $23–$28 per hour 
Mileage Reimbursement: ~$0.38/mile (or current state rate at time of travel)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
On-Call: Required for emergency calls and rotating weekend coverage
Start Date: Immediate opening!
 

We are currently looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional Property Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential properties across the Lewiston–Auburn area. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems hands-on, and are comfortable interacting with tenants, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to day-to-day maintenance work orders
  • Complete unit turnovers (e.g., patching, painting, changing light bulbs, etc.)
  • Perform general property maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct light drywall repairs, replace outlets, light fixtures, and more
  • Collaborate with a Senior Maintenance Technician who will provide guidance and training
What We're Looking For:
  • Reliable and professional with strong communication skills (tenant-facing role)
  • Able to pass a background check (no violent offenses or sex offender registry listings)
  • Clean, valid driver’s license (no suspensions)
  • Owns a reliable vehicle for local travel
  • Equipped with basic hand tools
