Exciting 2nd Shift Operator Opportunity — Urgently hiring in Leeds!


Job Title: 2nd Shift Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As an Operator, you'll play a vital role in operating and monitoring production equipment within the department. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the production line.

What You’ll Do
As an Operator, you will be responsible for
  • Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth production flow
  • Moving raw material bales 
  • Feeding material into equipment
  • Monitoring product quality and recording detailed production data
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. with assistance
  • Strong attention to safety and quality standards
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
