Job Title: 3rd Shift Shipping Supervisor
Pay: $62,000–$67,000/year
Hours: 8:30pm-8:30am.  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday schedule
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor for a direct hire position in Auburn, ME. The Shipping Supervisor will lead and support a night-shift team while ensuring consistent quality and production standards are met. The Shipping Supervisor will excel by maintaining a strong floor presence, promoting a safety-first culture, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a full-time, 3rd shift leadership role located in Auburn, ME.

As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing operations and supervising the Shipping Department team members.
  • Monitoring production flow and output to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Coaching and developing team members to maximize performance and morale.
  • Completing reports, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments.
  • Maintaining an organized, compliant, and positive working environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.
  • MUST HAVE Manufacturing Industry Experience to be considered
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a shipping department within a production or manufacturing setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a passion for people development.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a production environment.
