Job Title: Billing Clerk
Pay: $21–$23 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Friday | 20–21 hours per week

As a Billing Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting our daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our finance department to deliver results that keep our fleet moving and our revenue streamlined.
What You’ll Do:
As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end billing life-cycle to ensure revenue accuracy and timely payment.
- Collecting and auditing driver documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Reconciling load data against delivery summaries to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Processing finalized invoices through the billing system for electronic distribution.
- Maintaining organized digital records to support financial reporting and audits.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in billing, accounts payable (AP), or accounts receivable (AR); trucking industry experience is a significant plus.
- A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A self-starter mindset, motivated, and a quick learner who can work independently.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
