Carrier Admin Specialist — Urgently hiring in Bangor!

Job Title: Carrier Login Specialist
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Carrier Login Specialist, you'll support and work alongside the licensing and contracting team. Your main goal is to facilitate carrier portal access for agents and account managers by establishing credentials and troubleshooting user issues. You'll also provide administrative support for carrier documentation and assist with incoming call management, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

What You'll Do

As a Carrier Login Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Establishing user credentials with various carriers for agents and managers.
• Communicating login details effectively to ensure easy access.
• Troubleshooting and resolving user access issues promptly.
 

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Computer and phone literacy with a strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience working within an insurance agency, licensing, or contracting environment is a plus.
