Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Pay: Starting at $22/hr
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Set up and operate machines to fabricate precision sheet metal parts

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Use sheet metal measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.) to ensure accuracy

  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related experience in press brake operation or CNC operation.
  • Proficiency in using sheet metal measuring devices, such as calipers and protractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
  • Familiarity with "Lean" manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
  • A positive attitude with excellent relationship-building skills with coworkers.


Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Westbrook, ME, and offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday.
