Job Title: Custodian
Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Thursday - Monday
Start Date: ASAP

Are you seeking a hands-on role with steady work and seasonal bonus opportunities? Join a dedicated, small facilities team as a Custodian in Bethel, ME, and make an impact every day! In this essential role, you’ll help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming common areas across multiple condo buildings. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, especially during high-priority or emergency situations.

What You’ll Do: As a Custodian, you will be responsible for:
  • Vacuuming hallways and common areas to ensure cleanliness.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a polished look.
  • Picking up litter and maintaining clean walkways for a welcoming environment.
  • Taking out trash and ensuring all waste areas are orderly.
  • Washing interior and exterior windows to enhance visibility and cleanliness.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Assisting with light shoveling alongside the team when necessary.
  • Navigating multiple floors, wings, and entrances (3 floors, 4 wings, 16 entrances).
  • Working independently while staying responsive to team needs.
