Job Title: Dispatch Customer Relations Specialist
Pay: $22 per hour
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

As a Dispatch Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face and friendly voice for customers, ensuring outstanding service and smooth daily operations. You will work closely with experienced team members to deliver positive experiences for customers, support colleagues, and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage high-volume, high-level phone calls with professionalism, clarity, and a friendly demeanor, acting as the first point of contact for customers and walk-in visitors.
- Take accurate messages and relay information efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Receive and process payments in various forms, ensuring accurate data entry into Microsoft-based programs.
- Scan, organize, and file documents to maintain organized records.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable navigating software systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly over the phone and in person.
- Support office operations as needed to promote a positive and efficient team environment.

- Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tools.

- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
