Customer Success Experts Needed – Urgently hiring in Turner!

Job Title: Customer Success Expert
Pay: $20–$25/hour + shift differentials
Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Expert, you will be responsible for
  • Educating customers about available services and solutions
  • Assisting with upselling services and establishing budget plans
  • Setting up and managing service plans and enrollment in autopay
  • Coordinating service appointments and follow-ups
  • Driving customer account growth through proactive engagement
