Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Specialist
Location: Topsham, ME
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Work Hours: 12-16 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist, you will:
  • Process Donations: Efficiently review and input a high volume of receipts and thank you letters to donors, ensuring timely communication and acknowledgment.
  • Self-Management: Work independently as a self-starter, managing tasks with reliability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to complete a variety of administrative tasks and facilitate mail merges.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of your work to uphold data integrity and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a passion for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • The ability to work independently while effectively managing time and tasks.
  • Experience with mail merges is a plus, although we are willing to train the right candidate.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Topsham, ME, with an expected workload of 12-16 hours per week. We are particularly looking for candidates available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, especially during the training period. The temporary role is projected to last from December 1st to mid-January.
