Job Title: Carpenter I / Entry-Level Carpenter
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, year-round work
Start Date: ASAP

Bonney Staffing is partnering with a busy commercial construction team seeking motivated Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers for ongoing projects in the Lewiston area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic carpentry or construction experience who is looking for steady work, hands-on learning, and long-term growth potential. Candidates with additional carpentry experience are also encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do

  • Assist carpenters on active construction and remodeling projects

  • Safely operate hand and power tools including saws, routers, sanders, ladders, and generators

  • Help erect and dismantle scaffolding

  • Support demolition and debris removal

  • Prepare materials and assist with reading blueprints

  • Install basic wood framing, trim, doors, casing, and sheathing

  • Assist with temporary or permanent partition construction

  • Maintain clean and safe job sites

  • Follow all company safety procedures and timelines
What You’ll Bring

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • 1–4 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Comfortable working in a physically active construction environment

  • Strong communication and reliability

  • Ability to pass criminal background and driver record check
