Job Title: Residential Cleaning Tech
Pay: $20–$23/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing full cleaning of vacant apartments to ensure they are guest-ready, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
  • Identifying and communicating maintenance concerns or repairs needed to the property management team to ensure units are fully ready for new tenants
