Job Title: Fabrication Machine Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (Monday through Friday, daytime hours)

What You'll Do
As a Fabrication Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating fabrication equipment such as laser cutters, punch presses, press brakes, rollers, shears, and more.
  • Reading blueprints, work orders, and instructions to accurately produce parts.
  • Using measuring tools like calipers to verify precision and quality of finished work.
  • Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines to keep equipment in optimal condition.
  • Assisting the team in meeting daily production goals while following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues promptly.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or operating machinery is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during long shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliability, a safety-focused mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math and measurement skills to interpret blueprints and specifications.
