Accounts Receivable Specialist — Urgently hiring in Lisbon!

Job Title: Accounts Receivable
Pay: $23 - $26 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm, some OT required
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering billing information and generating invoices promptly and accurately
• Applying cash receipts and monitoring account balances
• Corresponding with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payments
• Maintaining detailed records and reconciling accounts regularly
• Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Lisbon, ME, working Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm, with some overtime required. The role involves sitting for long periods and walking around the facility as needed. PPE such as closed-toe shoes and hearing protection is required when visiting the production floor.
