As a Food Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You’ll Do: As a Food Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Learning to prepare batters and fillings for various baked goods.
  • Assisting with the assembly and finishing of baked goods.
  • Wrapping and boxing finished products for packaging and shipping.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation guidelines.
  • Working flexibly in different departments of the production process.
  • Operating production equipment and machinery as trained.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • The ability to read and write.
  • A flexible availability and reliable work ethic, with a positive attitude.
  • The ability to stand comfortably for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
