Outdoor Laborer – Urgently hiring in Auburn!

Job Title: Outdoor Laborer


Pay: $20 per hour


Hours: 8a-4p Mon-Fri


Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you'll perform essential physical labor in sorting materials while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. You'll work closely with equipment operators and fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do


As an Outdoor Laborer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with unloading and loading materials and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Participating in yard cleanup and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and organized environment

  • Sorting materials and assisting in the organization of the yard based on project needs

  • Following instructions from supervisors and working with hand and power tools as needed

  • Providing support across various yard duties to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a similar role (preferred)

  • Knowledge of unloading, loading, and sorting processes

  • Strong awareness of safety procedures and practices

  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work on uneven ground

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently

Location & Schedule:


This position is on-site in Auburn, ME, and offers a full-time daytime schedule from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
