  Job Title: Registration Specialist Pay: $20 to $22 per hour Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do: As a Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Provides a professional first point of contact by greeting clients and visitors and directing them as needed.
  • Answers incoming calls across multiple programs to ensure callers are routed accurately and efficiently.
  • Handles financial transactions, including the collection of co-payments and self-payments for services.
  • Initiates and updates intake paperwork for new and returning clients while maintaining strict confidentiality.

     
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an office environment or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred).
  • The ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
