Job Title: Patient Service Rep (PSR) - 
Pay: $18.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm 
Start Date: ASAP

As a Patient Service Rep, you'll be the welcoming face and helpful voice for patients, ensuring a smooth experience in scheduling procedures and office visits. You'll work closely with the healthcare team to provide patients with necessary prep instructions, handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, and contribute to excellent patient care.

What You'll Do
As a Patient Service Rep, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling procedures and appointments efficiently
• Providing clear and helpful prep instructions to patients
• Managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Assisting patients with their questions and concerns


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Computer literacy and comfortable with multi-tasking
• Prior experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
