Heavy Duty Clean Up Project — Urgently hiring in Gorham!

Job Title: Heavy Duty Clean Up Worker
Pay: $19/Hr. 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (potential for some weekend hours)
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to important cleanup and recycling efforts? Join a dynamic team in Gorham as a Heavy Duty Clean Up Worker and make a tangible impact every day.

As a Heavy Duty Clean Up Worker, you'll assist with light industrial tasks including heavy lifting, trash disposal, recycling support, and general facility cleanup. You'll work closely with supervisors to ensure the job runs smoothly and safely, helping create a cleaner, safer environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Heavy Duty Clean Up Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with heavy lifting and moving materials around the facility

  • Dumping trash and helping with recycling processes

  • Using pallet jacks to transport materials as needed

  • Utilizing temporary ladders (4'-6') for rack cleaning tasks

  • Following safety guidelines and wearing PPE at all times

  • Standing for the full shift, and performing bending, twisting, and reaching tasks


What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Ability to stand and work physically for extended periods

  • Capacity to lift, bend, reach, and twist as required

  • Reliable work ethic and attention to safety

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

  • Comfortable wearing closed-toe or open-back shoes, with a clean, casual appearance
