Job Title: Janitor
Pay Range: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Friday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine cleaning tasks across commercial buildings, ensuring all areas meet high hygiene and presentation standards.
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste in a responsible manner.
- Mopping and vacuuming floors to eliminate dirt and debris, maintaining a safe environment.
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common areas to uphold our commitment to cleanliness.
- Assisting with floor refinishing tasks, such as waxing (prior experience is a plus but not required).
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Physical stamina to handle tasks that require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required.
- A strong commitment to cleanliness and excellence in maintaining a professional environment.
- Prior cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred, though not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
