Job Title: Construction Laborer / Technician Laborer
Pay: $18–$23/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM | 55–60 hours/week

As a Laborer, you'll support crucial infrastructure projects by assisting with sewer maintenance, pipeline inspections, and rehabilitation work. You’ll be working outdoors across various sites in Maine, often traveling and sometimes staying overnight—all expenses covered by the employer. This is a long-term, direct-hire opportunity that offers comprehensive training, room for advancement, and stability.

What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer / Technician Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment used in sewer and pipeline projects
• Performing general outdoor labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
• Supporting trenchless construction and industrial projects across multiple sites in Maine
• Traveling to various job sites; overnight stays may be required (hotel expenses covered)
• Attending safety meetings regularly and following all safety protocols for a secure work environment
• Communicating effectively with team members and following on-site instructions
• Participating in training programs to develop your skills and grow professionally

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in construction, landscaping, logging, or similar manual labor roles (training provided if limited experience)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and long hours
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards following instructions
• A valid driver’s license (preferred); CDL holders may qualify for higher-paying roles
• Ability to pass physical assessments and pre-employment drug screening (CDL roles must meet DOT standards)
• A clean driving record with no recent major violations or criminal history involving violence (background check required)
