Job Title: Temporary Light Assembly Worker
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Light Assembly Worker, you’ll contribute to essential operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do:
As a Temporary Light Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the assembly of small to medium-sized parts on the production line.
  • Collaborating with team members to rotate tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Safely moving products between sections of the facility as needed.
  • Following established work plans to complete tasks independently and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous hands-on experience in assembly work preferred.
  • The ability to read and interpret safety documents and operating instructions.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
  • Physical stamina to perform essential functions of the job, including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using hand tools.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Saco, ME, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Employees are required to wear appropriate clothing (long pants are a must, but sweatshirts are acceptable) and personal protective equipment (PPE) as outlined by safety protocols.
