Machine Operator — Urgently hiring in Gray!

Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with your team to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery, helping produce quality products on schedule.

What You’ll Do


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily goals
  • Performing minor adjustments and repairs on equipment as needed
  • Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process
  • Documenting production data and downtime accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed production targets
  • Following all safety protocols and manufacturing procedures

What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Location & Schedule:


This position is on-site in Gray and offers a Monday–Thursday shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
