Maintenance Technician — Urgently hiring in Bangor!

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25-27 per hour
Hours: M-F day shift, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the building while providing excellent customer service to residents. You’ll work closely with vendors and team members to ensure the property looks and functions its best.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Cleaning building areas, hallways, and vacant apartments
  • Mopping floors and performing general maintenance tasks
  • Collaborating with vendors for specialized repairs (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal)
  • Handling on-call duties as needed, with added pay for calls and overtime
  • Ensuring property safety and addressing maintenance issues promptly


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous 3+ years of maintenance experience
  • Ability to work well with residents and team members
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliability and a commitment to punctuality

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Bangor and offers Monday through Friday day shift, with flexible start times and on-call duties as needed.
