Job Title: 1st Shift Chip Spin Wash Operator
Pay: $18.56 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Chip Spin / Wash Operator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily production processes within a structured industrial environment. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate wash systems including plate belt and screw wash equipment to ensure parts are cleaned effectively.
  • Monitor wash baths and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal cleaning conditions.
  • Manage the workflow of materials from incoming raw parts to finished components, ensuring smooth progress.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of machines and work area, supporting a safe work environment.
  • Track production and complete basic system entries to document workflow and results.
  • Support material movement and staging to facilitate uninterrupted production.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of PPE, to ensure compliance and safety for all team members.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and remain active throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation and other equipment as needed.
  • Steel toe footwear is required; all other PPE will be provided on-site (eye and ear protection, etc.).
