Job Title: Production Supervisor
Pay: $19+
Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Shift ends when processing is complete)

As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations by overseeing the processing and dispatch of materials. You'll work closely with the production team to drive success, manage workflows, and ensure a smooth experience for both employees and customers.

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee all daily production operations to ensure timely processing and dispatch of client materials.
• Manage and create staff schedules using Microsoft Excel to ensure full coverage during peak periods.
• Supervise and support the production team while fostering a safe, cohesive, and enjoyable work environment.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, including stowing received products and keeping aisles safe.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and promote a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Personal Characteristics: A "culture builder" mentality with the ability to laugh and stay calm under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a comfortability working with computers for scheduling.
• Leadership Experience: Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
